The hospital offers both inpatient and outpatient diabetes education as well as a diabetes support group. Our GoalsThe Diabetes Program at Central Florida Regional Hospital is designed to help you learn about your diabetes, what you can do to feel better and how you can reduce the chances of complications as a result of your diabetes. We work with your doctor, giving him/her updates of your progress in our program. Now more than ever, it's very important that you keep your scheduled doctor's appointments so that any changes in your treatment plan can be made in a timely fashion. Class instruction is done by a certified diabetes nurse educator and a registered dietitian.
